Abstract: A powerful technique of integration transformation on eikonals has been applied to Glaser's bell-shaped magnetic lens. Consequently, first-and third-order chromatic aberrations have been analytically derived and numerically calculated. This theoretical research may be helpful for estimating first-and third-order chromatic aberrations in rotationally symmetric magnetic lenses.

摘要: 根据正则电子光学理论,本文将光程函数广义积分变换方法应用于钟形磁场,推导出一级和三级色差解析公式,然后进行了数值计算。这项研究成果发展了电子光学Scherzer原理,有助于估计磁透镜的一级和三级色差。
