Study on Ecological Habits of Potamogeton crispus and Its Growth in Jing-Mi Canal, Beijing

菹草(Potamogeton crispus)的生态习性和在京密引水渠的发生规律研究

Abstract: The over-growth of Potamogeton crispus in Jing-mi canal has resulted in the obstruction of water flow during recent years. Using approaches of laboratary experiment and field investigation, P.cripspus is a kind of submerged macrophyte, its ecological habits, development stages and population dynamics has been carried on in this paper. P.cripspus has a natural inclination for low water temperature. The phrase of turion over summer and germling over winter are two specific property of the life history of P.crispus. It grows expeonentially in later spring and early summer, making its biomass accumalation curve in S shape. P.crispus happens in every section of Jing-mi Canal, and grows best in the lower reaches of the Canal during May and June, where the water is on meso-eutroficational state. The manage measures and optimum time of controlling P.crispus are mentioned in this paper.

摘要: 菹草是两年生、喜低温的沉水植物,近年来在京密引水渠大发生阻碍水流。通过现场调查和室内试验,对菹草的生态习性和在引水渠发生规律进行研究,表明菹草在北京地区是芽殖体越夏、幼苗越冬、春末夏初呈指数增长,生物量累积曲线为S型。在京密引水渠的各个断面均有菹草发生,但大发生位于下游的中富营养渠段,发生期为5~6月中。提出菹草的控制措施及其控制的最佳时期。
