Protective Effects of Cordyceps Sinensis(Berk) Sacc,Artificial Pypha on Geneyic Damage Induced by Cigarette Smoke

冬虫夏草人工菌丝对卷烟烟雾诱发遗传损伤的保护作用

Abstract: By means of micronucleus test of bone marrow cell and sperm malformyion test, the protective effects of the Cordyceps sinensis(Berk) Sacc, artificial pypha on genetic damage induced by cigarette smoke was studied in Kunming mice stain. The results show that mutagenic potential in groups treated with cigarette smoke for 1, 2 and 4 weeks was noticed. The antimutation function of the Cordyceps sinensis (Berk) Sacc, artificial pypha is very evident in groups for 2 weeks. The rate of suppression micronucleus is 55%. No significant difference was found among the percentage of sperm malformtion of two treating groups (P>0.05).

摘要: 以微核试验和精子畸形试验为指标,评价冬虫夏草人工菌丝对卷烟烟雾诱发小鼠遗传物质损伤的保护作用。结果表明,卷烟烟雾处理1,2及4周的各组,均显示潜在的遗传毒性。冬虫夏草具有明显的保护作用,两周的抑制率可达55%。两个烟雾处理组间,精子畸形百分率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。提示虫草人工菌丝对烟雾诱发精子畸形的保护作用不够明显。
