Abstract: The dynamical system discussed by this paper is a variable frequency isotropic oscillator perturbed by an inverse square potential. This paper gives the expression of the propagator of the Aharonov-Bohm(AB) effect for such a dynamical system. Furthermore, this paper gives the expression of wave function for the particular case of constant frequency.
