Abstract: A theoretical analysis of erbium-doped fluoride fiber amplifiers(EDFFAs) is presented in this paper. By using this theoretical modelling its gain, noise and saturated output power performance have been calculated numerically, and compared with erbium-doped silica fiber amplifier(EDSFA).

摘要: 本文对掺铒氟化光纤放大器提出了理论模型,计算了这种放大器的增益、噪声和饱和输出功率特 性,并与掺铒石英光纤放大器进行了比较。
