Abstract: A shrimp sample was blended to small pieces and homogenized with 0.1 mol/L EDTA-McIlvaine buffer. The homogenates were centrifuged and sodium chloride was added into the supernatant to precipitate the proteins. After centrifugation and filtration, the filtrate was applied on the sep-pak C₁₈ cartridge. An aliquot of 25 micro-liter was injectedinto HPLC with CN bonded phase as column packings.

摘要： 用绞碎机破碎对虾样品，加入0.1mol/L EDTA-Mcllvaine缓冲液匀浆，匀浆液离心后，上层清液加入NaCl脱蛋白，再次离心，过滤，滤液经Sep-pak C₁₈固相萃取小柱富集后，用高效液相色谱法分析。
