Abstract: The tropical conchological fauna (8 genera and 9 species: Arca navicularis Bruguiere, 1792, Arca semitorta Lamarck, 1819, Anadara antiquata Linnaeus, 1758, Lima sp., Chlamys pica(Reeve), 1853, Donax cuneatus Linnaeus, 1758, Cardita variegata Bruguiere, 1792, Umbonium vestiarium(Linnaeus), 1758, Conus striatus Linnaeus, 1758) of Mid-Holocene beachrocks was first found at Xiasha, Juexi town, Xiangshan county, Zhejiang province. Results of the study indicate that Zhejiang province belonged to Tropical Climate Zone between 3420 aBP and 6080 aBP, and prove that beachrocks are formed at intertidal zone of tropical sea. The work bears great significance in the study of global change.

摘要： 本文报道了浙江省象山县爵溪镇下沙中全新世海滩岩中的部分热带贝类，计有８属９种。这一动物群的现生种均生活于热带海域的潮间带及潮下带。研究结果表明该区海滩岩是迄今发现的拥有大量热带生物的最北面的海滩岩，进一步证实了海滩岩是热带海洋的产物，以及浙江沿海地区中全新世时的气候与现代气候有很大差别，这对古气候变迁的研究具有重要意义。
