Abstract: In the present investigation, the reductive behaviors of pheophytins a and b in 0.1 mol/L HAc-NaAc solution was studied by first step reversible 2e-, 2H+ peak similar to that of water-soluble porphyrins such as TPPS and TMPyP. The Cu-Chla has a similar step of irreversible (4e-, 2H+)reduction peak to that of CuTPPS. While the reduction of the carbonyl group in the molecule remains the same.

摘要: 在文Ⅰ中报道了叶绿素(Ch1)的电化学分析方法并讨论了叶绿素a、b的电还原机理。本篇报道去镁叶绿素(pheophytins)和它的一种金属叶绿素(CuCh1)的电化学行为。在水溶液(含0.3%丙酮)中,Pheo有与卟啉(TPPS, TMPyP)相似的一步还原波,而铜-叶绿素又有与CuTPPS相似的络合物还原波。金属叶绿素环Ⅴ上的羰基仍是活性还原部位。
