摘要: 研究了如何保证锂离子二次电池组能在工作条件下安全地进行充电、放电,设计硬件系统,可精确检测每一只电池的端电压、电池的温度及电池组的工作电流。根据这些参数计算电池的剩余电量,以及对电动车实际测试数据,进行分析。以上实验已经通过5000km路程的实际考验。

Abstract: Li-ion battery management system was designed to guarantee the safe operation of the battery system during the charging and discharging process. Battery voltage, temperature and current could be detected precisely with special hardware. Raw data and results of electric motor were discussed and analyzed. The system was endured for 5thousandkm in real usage.
