A Study on Homological Analysis of Intermediate Filament Proteins

Abstract: It was revealed that 3 conservative sequences through homologically analysising among 31 intermediate filament proteins by workstation, which not only could contribute to studying the origin and evolution of intermediate filament proteins, but also cloning the intermediate filament genes from higher plant.

摘要: 利用计算机对31种中间纤维蛋白的同源性进行了分析,结果发现了3个保守序列,这些序列可用于研究中间纤维的起源、进化与克隆植物中间纤维基因。
