差异序列聚类算法在四膜虫遗传分析中的应用

Abstract: The diversity sequence clustering algorithm was used to analysis regulation of macromuclear DNA amount of the cells during vegetative growth of three strain clone of T. Shanghaiensis.The mechanism of regulating the threshold value of macronuclear DNA amount is discussed. Our results show that the diversity sequence clustering algorithm has a general biological significance.

摘要: 用差异序列聚类算法分析了上海四膜虫三株克隆间期细胞大核DNA含量变动规律,讨论了调节大核DNA量在一定阈值内的可能机制,说明序列聚类算法具有普遍的生物学意义。
